Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not, you may request a refund according to the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only granted if the learner has completed less than 20 percent of the course content. Refunds are not available once the learner has completed the course, downloaded all course material, or received a certificate.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@lloydsmanagementacademy.org. Please include your full name, the course name, proof of payment, and the email used for enrollment. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non Refundable Items

Bonus materials or add on purchases are not eligible for refunds. Course extensions or custom services are not refundable.

Lloyds Management Training reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
